Faith-based singer/songwriter Karyn Williams, the eldest daughter of Orlando Magic Senior Vice President and founder Pat Williams, spent her formative years in Florida before relocating to Nashville, Tennessee in 2007 to focus on a career in music. Influenced by Christian music greats like Sandi Patty, Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, and Steven Curtis Chapman, Williams spent the ensuing years honing her craft and building a small following, eventually landing a record deal with independent CCM label Inpop, which released her 2013 debut album, Only You. ~ James Christopher Monger
