Kenzie May is a 19 yr. old American/English singer songwriter from London. She is Pop with teeth, punch and attitude, a la Santigold, Pink, and Lady Gaga. This up and coming London artist needed a logo as edgy as she is. We were delighted when her British management company Little Victories approached us to deliver on this requirement.
The brief was to create a simple, but bold and strong typographical logo that pays homage to b-movies, art nouveau, boho, soul and psychedelic vibes yet is wholly representative of Kenzie’s unique brand of music while at the same time being clean and minNo small feat, I hear you say? We eat big feats for breakfast.
The work was particularly satisfying and thought provoking as we worked closely with Kenzie who was totally engaged in the process, submitting drawings and sketches for interpretation and giving constructive feedback at each stage. This level of enthusiasm from our clients makes us all warm and fuzzy inside.
