Born in the USA by chance as his parents were studying abroad their native continent of Africa, Tshego would frequent South Africa from the age of 4 until he would eventually settle in Mafikeng, South Africa in 2002. He may have been nested in America, but his wings of talent were polished in Mafikeng. 　　2014 sees the release of Tshego's debut LP "Since 1990", a studio quality project that will be released digitally for free. "Since 1990" represents what Tshego feels he has owed the art of music, lovers of music, and himself. Previously composing and releasing under the name "Shag, The Gorilla", Tshego decided it was time to turn a leaf for the release of his first solo project and drop the high school nickname from his act. Opting instead to use a shortened version of his birth name. 　　Tshego has been a part of numerous projects in the past, including having enjoyed radio play early on in his career. Several writing/production and feature credits on Sotho Mafia's "The Prelude" mixtape. A feature on Sun G's (HashOne) "The Right Way" along side rapper AKA. Production and feature credits on HashOne's "M4TLT: Mahala 4 The Last Time" mixtape, and currently busy with the album. Production credits on Moneoa's debut album "Coming From Going To". Writing/production credits on retailing library music compilations currently being used internationally and more popularly, on South African television network Etv. More recently, a feature on Cassper Nyovest's debut album "Tsholofelo".
