The Spanish rock band 091 was formed after a group called Al-Dar, led by García Lapido, disbanded in the early '80s. The band's debut album, called El Cementerio de Automoviles, was released in 1984, followed by Mas de Cien Lobos in 1986. 091 was recognized as one of the major numbers from Granada's rock scene. On May 17 and 18, 1996, while performing in Macarena, 091 recorded a live album, the last one they issued. That same year writers Juan Enrique Gómez and Juan Jesús García published a book related to the group and its legacy.
