Courtney Nicole Nowell is a country pop singer-songwriter. 　　Courtney was born in Ft. Worth, Texas where by the age of two her passion for music had already made family and friends take notice. “Boot Scootin Boogie” becomes a favorite and one she would entertain many to over and over again. Courtney joined the childrens choir at church when she was four, began performing at different festivals in her local area at age six and had won her first talent contest at age eight. She began honing her skills as an artist by performing throughout Texas and Oklahoma at various venues that featured local artists and national acts. 　　Courtney recorded her first studio album at Rosewood Studios with the help of Christian Artisit - "By The Tree" and members from Tim McGraws band - "The Dancehall Doctors". The independent project was a dream come true for the eleven year old artist and would open doors to a world she had only dreamed about. 　　Her accomplishments are many, but her greatest accomplishment of all is the normal life she leads. She is a daughter, a big sister, a member of the "National Honor Society", a stand out cross country/track athlete, and most of all, a friend. If the past is any indication of the future, get ready!
