Montoyita is a guitarist who belongs to a family of great flamenco tradition in Madrid, los Carbonell. He is the son of guitarist Pepe Montoyita and brother of singer Antonio Carbonell and dancers La Globo and La Pelota. Throughout his career he has accompanied great artists, most notably Enrique Morente.
