Countless bedroom artists dream of being discovered online. Many upload a string of videos in an effort to make their dreams come true. For Yade Lauren, it only took one simple mobile phone video to land her a collaboration with the internationally popular DJ crew Yellow Claw. Shortly after her sister uploaded it to Facebook, a clip of the then 16-year-old went viral. 　　 　　A lack of experience didn’t keep her from featuring on Yellow Claw’s new single ‘Invitation’. Yade’s talent is simply undeniable and it’s amazing that her only prior musical experience has been teaching herself how to play the guitar and the piano. She makes the song her own as if she's been doing this for years. Yade Lauren is currently at work on her debut solo release.
