Better known for her ‘Fall For You’ EP with DJ Sandy Rivera under the Kings of Tomorrow moniker, April is an emerging UK Singer/songwriter and the Fall For You single has proven to be a 2013 house summer anthem 　　April, originally born in the U.K started singing from an early age. The London-based songstress has teamed up with house favourites Kings of Tomorrow and is surely making an impressive debut into the music scene. The pair first met whilst Sandy overheard April singing and riding her bike, he asked if she sings and then they were in the studio the very next day. April wrote her first Single 'Take Me Back' which was released in 2011 under house label Defected Records. Her follow up releases under Defected include 'I Need To Love Me' and 'It's Only You". 　　April has had a passion for music from a young age. After discovering her voice, her mum took her to a few studios and enrolled her in drama school where her love for music continued. April’s musical influences include Whitney Houston, Tracy Chapman and Celine Dion. April then later discovered her love for writing and was inspired by more recent artists such as Lauryn Hill, Brandy and Christina Aguilera. 　　The latest vocal appearance from April is on the new Sandy Rivera release, a track entitled "Bang" which is due to be released in September 2014, under Sony Ultra Records. April describes the new single as "a mix of passion and frustration on a rollercoaster of love". 　　With music inspired hugely by love and experiences in life, she translates her music with simple honest lyrics that capture audiences with her underlined rhythmic melodies. "Instead of keeping my emotions in, I let them out" 　　April has had the opportunity to perform in Estonia, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and London and boasts "I love performing! It is a nice acknowledgment to have people sing along to my music" 　　April continues to write and record new music and is working on a new album.
