Blitz//Berlin is a Canadian band based in Toronto, Ontario. Formally known as Theset, the longtime friends and musicians began creating scores for independent films and re-entered the scene as an electro punk group in 2013.
The trio composed the score to the sci-fi horror film Extraterrestrial, released in October 2014, also featuring their original song "Leviathan". In September 2013 they released their debut mixtape "One", including the songs "Drink", "Outside", and "Legend" They held their first show at The Drake Hotel in Toronto on March 27, 2014 The band released their debut album Distance on October 25, 2015, including the single "Jesus Shoes", the video for which premiered via Noisey.
In 2016 they composed the critically acclaimed music to the official trailer for The Girl On The Train featuring a sample of Kanye West's Heartless. and the score for the Canadian science-fiction horror film The Void.
