Before her professional career, she performed in diverse singing and dancing competitions as a child.
Born and raised in Tirana, Elvana gained significant recognition in the Albanian-speaking World with the release of her two studio albums Mamës (2007) and Afër dhe larg (2011) both of which were influenced by R&B and Dance-pop music. Her follow-up extended play 3 (2018) incorporated more elements of contemporary Pop-rock and Balkan-folk music.
