齐成乐队由翁家齐和周功成两位音乐人，于80年代尾组成，以创作英语歌曲为主，出版了两张专辑，最为人认识歌曲是Eye To Eye, Mind Made Up 和 This Years Model, 这三首原曲先后变成刘美君的「偷窥」、「Mind Made Up」和「广播道神话」。 　　TsaiShing 齊成 is basically two individual Hong Kong record producer / songwriters, Richard YUNG Ka Tsai 翁家齊 and Joseph CHOW Kung Shing 周功成 who teamed up in 1982 and laid down 10 original English songs that were initially intended as 'demos' with the help of musician friends and session players. 　　In 1986 these 'demos' were picked up and collectively released as an album titled "FRIED RICE" by a then new Indie label, "Black & White Records", formed by Danny Chung and Tina Liu. 　　Fueled by a more than satisfactory public response to their first album, TsaiShing released a follow-up in 1988, again with all-original compositions, simply titled "TsaiShing" under another then new label, "Current Records", the local distribution arm of BMG Records.
