Julio Victoria was born in Colombia and began his working life as a professional tennis player. One summer while competing in Germany he chanced upon the record shop 'Plattentasche'; that moment changed his life. He began collecting vinyls and it was not long before he embarked on a new career in music.　　 　　Through underground house and techno he developed his own unique sound - a classical electronic style which underpins his work.　　 　　Julio can be found playing records in top club's in Colombia, where he lives, as well as around the world. His latest project involves classical musicians playing live on stage to electronic music and samples of bells.
