Formed by singer Guillermo Porcel, bassist Carlos Garau, drummer Miguel Gibert, and guitarist Kiko Riera, later, joined by guitarist Pablo Ochando, Spanish pop/rock act La Granja had the opportunity to make its debut album after coming in first place at Palma de Mallorca Festival in 1986. That album, released by DRO in 1987.
