Activ 原是一个罗马尼亚迪斯科乐队，后来更换了音乐类型——高科技舞曲。乐队中的三成员个Oana, Rudi,Avi都来自罗马尼亚。Activ刚建团时只有Avi (Cicirean Flaviu)和Rudi (Stefanic Rudolf Oszkar)两个男生，而他们当时的目标也是参加过嘉年华后，决定要全心致力于做DJ音乐。于是在罗马尼亚Wetland，两个人开始了地下DJ事业。1999年，两个人开始崭露头角，发行了单曲Sunete，并在阿Atomic TV电视台In Za House节目中登台演出，并随后发行了首张专辑《Sunete》。2001年女大学生Oana Paula Nistor加入Activ，并负责声乐部分，改变了Activ只走舞曲风格的路线，并发行了第二张专辑《In Transa》。 在用心做自己专辑的同时，还为其他罗马尼亚歌手编曲，制作歌曲：Emanuel - Vara, Voltaj - Scrisoare, Voltaj - Eu cu mine, Hi-Q - Un minut,Hi-Q - Poveste fara nume, Cream - Cant pentru tine, Digital - Dimineatza . In albume : Impact-X-Port (productie,mastering,mixaj)。甚至也参与过3D电影，Radio电台，电视节目配乐等其它多媒体的音乐制作。 2004年，Activ再次出击，发行了第三张专辑《Motive》；在2005罗马尼亚MTV音乐电视颁奖典礼(RMA)上获得三项提名，并拿下最佳歌曲(Doar cu tine)奖。 　　The albums Motive and Superstar were quite successful. Hit songs from these albums included "Visez" ("I Dream") from Motive, "Superstar", "Zile cu Tine" ("Days with You") and "Lucruri simple" ("Simple Things") from Superstar. The album Everyday contains many songs in English included the hit singles: "Reasons", "Without U", "Music Is Drivin Me Crazy", "Feel good" (feat. DJ Optick) and "Under my skin".
