They actually fared better with general audiences than R&B and soul fans, who found their arrangements, harmonies, and style lacking grit and intensity. They enjoyed one more mild hit in Dont Ever Be Lonely (A Poor Little Fool Like Me). But their two hits are among the most requested songs of the early 70s that air on oldies stations.
